Baby Bundles of Joy - Delivery Charges
GIFTS, BABY BOXES AND GENERAL ORDERS
All gifts and orders are despatched either by Royal Mail First Class Post or by Courier (next day delivery service), depending on size of package and weight. Bundles of Joy will always endeavour to despatch your gift/order either the same day or within 24 hours, except for personalised items, where delivery times are stated on our website with the product. The customer will be informed within a few hours if there is a delay in sending out any part of your order. Free gift wrapping is provided with every order.
Owing to increasing postage costs, our minimum postage cost is £3.00 and the maximum cost is £7.00 on any order going to a single address. When placing your order, the costs will be shown before any payment is requested. In exceptional circumstances concerning furniture and very large orders, we may have to contact you to increase the postage charge, and in this case, you will have the right to cancel your order.
If your order is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Courier, please note that these parcels will have to be signed for and therefore please provide us with the most appropriate address for you to receive these goods. If in the case you are not in for delivery, the carrier will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange a new delivery.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
For Next Day Delivery, these charges apply to orders placed before 1.30pm on the day of the order, Monday to Thursday. If ordered after this time on that particular day, then your order will be despatched the following day by this method. If you require your order urgently and it is after 1.30pm, please telephone us and we will always do our best to help.
For an order placed on a Thursday after 1.30pm and before Friday - 1.30pm, if you select Saturday delivery under 2 kilos, then this order will be delivered on Saturday before 1pm. If Saturday delivery is not specifically chosen, then the delivery will be made either on the Saturday or the following Monday before 1pm..
All orders sent by Next Day Delivery will require a signature on receipt of the goods.
Personalised Goods are not available for Next Day Delivery unless previously arranged by us with you over the telephone or by email correspondence.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
All personalised items shown without a timescale means that we normally will make and send out your order either that day or the following day, depending on the item and what time it is placed on the day. Time must be allowed for an item to be made and to dry.
If a timescale is given, then this item is not available for Next Day delivery.
If you do require an item within the timescale given, and require it more quickly than the time stated, please telephone us and we will always do our best to help you.
If you select Next Day Delivery for an item with a timescale, then your item will be sent out in the time given, but by next day delivery instead of our normal postal way, as listed above, and this will require a signature on delivery.
International Orders
All goods can be despatched worldwide to all countries either by Airmail or by Courier depending on the weight and size of the parcel concerned. When placing your order, the costs will be shown before any payment is requested. In exceptional circumstances concerning furniture and very large orders, we may have to contact you to increase the postage charge, and in this case, you will have the right to cancel your order.
Important: Any customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
