The Birth Certificate Holder is engraved with “My Birth Certificate” on the lid and on the side “Smaller than Piglet is quite small indeed”, a well know saying from the story of Winnie The Pooh. Sitting on the top is Winnie The Pooh, Piglet snuggled in his arms and Tigger whilst on the grass below is a honey pot and Eeyore.
