We spend a considerable amount of time sourcing the best quality of product from around the world and we always favour environmentally friendly products and practices (where possible).
We personally test and review every product and unless we all agree that it's perfect, it simply won't make it into our online boutique. Therefore, you can be confident that the products on our shelves are of excellent quality. Furthermore, you will find that a large part of our range is unique with the majority of products being very difficult to find elsewhere and with many lines being exclusive to us, especially the personalised range. When completing a personalised order, please ensure that you take care with the spellings of names and that the date is correct with capital letters and punctuation.
We also pride ourselves on being able to produce and dispatch 90% of our ranges within one working day of us receiving your order!
You will find that we maintain this level of customer service post-sale and if you need any assistance with a recent purchase, we will be more than willing to help you.
Our Delivery Terms:

All gifts and orders are always despatched either by Royal Mail First Class Post, First Class Recorded Post, Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier (overnight delivery service), depending on the size of package, value and weight.
Bundles of Joy will always endeavour to despatch your gift/order within 24 hours, except for personalised items, where extended delivery times are clearly stated on our website with those particular products. If no timeline is given with a personalised item, it will be sent out within a day. The customer will be informed within a few hours if there is a delay in sending out any part of your order.
Please note that owing to the size or value of your order, your order may be upgraded from 1st class post to our courier service. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address, if a signature is required.
Free gift wrapping is provided with every order that has a gift tag message, unless we have specifically stated with the item that we are unable to provide this service with that item.
Owing to increasing postage costs, our minimum postage cost is £4.00 and the maximum cost is £15.00 by Saturday delivery on any order going to a single address, including the costs of our next day delivery service. When placing your order, the costs will be shown before any payment is requested. In exceptional circumstances concerning furniture, overseas orders, and very large orders, we may have to contact you to increase the postage charge, and in this case, you will have the right to cancel your order.
If your order is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Courier, please note that these parcels will have to be signed for and therefore please provide us with the most appropriate address for you to receive these goods. If you are not present for delivery, the Post Office or Courier will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange a new delivery.
Our Attention to Detail:
We send out over 50 orders a day and we put a lot of care into packaging each product to ensure it gets to its destination looking fantastic and our service includes giftwrapping all of your gifts free of charge, if the gift tag message box is completed. Unfortunately and very rarely, items can be broken in between leaving us and arriving with the recipient. If this does happen, we ask you to provide a photo of the damage and we will send out a replacement free of charge asap.
If you wish to return an item and it is not personalised, please return the item within 7 days to Bundles of Joy, The Old Rectory, Main Street, Lowick, NN14 3BH with a print out of your order.
If you have chosen our free shipping option, the cost of sending your item to you will be deducted from your refund, between £4.00 and £8.00, depending on the size of item and weight.
We take the time to think about the little things such as sending you an electronic invoice by email so we don't have to include one with the package which means you can have your order sent directly to the recipient if you wish.
We find these little finishing touches make a big difference which is why the large majority of our customers come back to us time and time again. We are confident that if you order from us, you won't be disappointed.

Terms of Purchase of Goods or Services from Bundles of Joy
All orders for goods ("Goods") and on-line or offline pay-services ("Services") (together "Products") from a buyer ("you") accepted by Bundles of Joy ("we/us") on or through the bundlesofjoy.co.uk and/or bundlesofjoy-shopping.co.uk ("Site") or by other methods are subject exclusively and strictly to the following terms and conditions ("Purchase Terms") (which, in the event of a conflict, take priority over the terms and conditions of use of the Site).
Price and Delivery of Products
The price of the Products shall be the price quoted on the Site (which we can change in the case of an error). Payment details must be provided by you on the date that we accept your order.
In respect of Goods only: the delivery of Goods shall be subject to payment by you of the delivery charges specified on the Site which may be changed by us at our discretion.
At the current moment, for the purchase of most Goods, the delivery charge is between £4.00 and £15.00 and will be by 1st class Royal Mail, 2nd Class Post, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Courier and International Courier Services, depending on the size and weight of your delivery. Sometimes, if you have selected 1st class post, we will upgrade your order to next day delivery by courier, owing to weight and cost of the items being sent.
You confirm that you have given us the correct billing address of your credit/debit card and, in respect of Goods and if different to the billing address, that you have also notified us of the correct delivery address. If these are then found to be incorrect, we cannot be held liable for the loss of goods and replacements or refunds will not be forthcoming.
All Goods are delivered depending on size/weight either by Royal Mail first class or by private courier delivery being Monday to Saturday. To ensure that you have received your Goods, the Courier will request a signature for proof of delivery, therefore please select a delivery address most convenient to you. Provided that your order is placed by 1.30pm, then subject to availability, deliveries of Goods within the UK will normally be made within 1 to 2 working days, unless the item is personalised, when a longer turnaround time will be applicable and this will be stated with the product on the website, prior to you placing your order. We will notify you either if there will be a delay or if the item is out of stock within 24 hours. If the item is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative similar in price and quantity.
Next Day Deliveries - For next day delivery, the order must be received before 1.30pm for the item to be received the following day. If the item displays a making time, then the order will be sent out within this time, once ready, by next day delivery. Please remember that personalised items do require time to make and dry. Refunds for delivery costs will not be given for next day deliveries, if the delivery is delayed for reasons out of our control eg. traffic conditions, there is no-one available to receive the delivery
Please note that delivery charges may vary according to goods purchased or type of delivery service (eg. express or overseas) required.
All prices displayed on goods include VAT (where applicable).
Payment can be made by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and debit Cards. We accept American Express through Paypal. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. We take fraud very seriously and all anomalies will be reported to the police.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Risk & Property
The provisions in this Clause 3 relate only to Goods.
Once the Goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Goods shall pass to you. Any damages, breakages or missing items must be reported to us either by email or by telephone call within 48 hours.
Irrespective of delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, or any other provision of these conditions, the ownership of the Goods shall not pass to you until we have received in cash or cleared funds payment in full for the price of the Goods and all other Goods agreed to be sold by us to you for which payment is then due. Until such time as the ownership of the Goods passes to you, we shall be entitled to ask you to return the Goods to us.

Warranties & Replacements
The following relate only to Goods:
Subject as set out below, the Goods are sold with the benefit of and subject to the terms applicable to such warranty as is given by the manufacturer of the Goods.
There shall be no liability under any such warranty or guarantee if the total price for the Goods has not been paid by the due date for payment.
If a valid warranty claim is made within 14 days of purchase of new Goods we will satisfy in full our liability to you by either replacing the Goods free of charge; or refunding to you the price you paid for the Goods if the exact same item is not in stock.
Where you are dealing as a consumer (within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations) your statutory rights are not affected by these Purchase Terms ie. if the Goods are faulty or not what you ordered, in this case please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), and return to Bundles of Joy, The Old Rectory, Main Street, Lowick, Northants NN14 3BH with all receipts, warranties, licences, manual and accessories.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once we receive your order, as they are made especially for you. If you have a query with your personalised product once you have received it, please contact us, in the first instance. Personalised orders cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the item.

The provisions in this section relates only to Goods:
The Distance Selling Regulations Act states that you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your order. return the item to us within 14 After this time, you will not have the automatic right to return the item to us for an exchange or a refund. If the item is personalised, you cannot return the item, unless faulty. Once an order is placed for a personalised item, the item cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to return the item, the cost of returning the item to Bundles of Joy is to be borne by you, the customer. If you have chosen our free shipping service, we will deduct the cost of sending the item to you, from your refund of between £3 and £8, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Address for return is Bundles of Joy, The Old Rectory, Main Street, Lowick, Northamptonshire, NN14 3BH with a copy of your order.
If you return Goods to us within 7 days from receipt of such Goods in perfect condition and, with the original packaging and a copy of the order sent to you by email, then a full refund for the item will be given. The refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us. This does not apply to personalised products. Once in production, these goods cannot be cancelled. The goods can only be returned if there is a fault in the product.
Please also note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as costumer, ie. if the gifts are faulty or not what you ordered. In this case please provide a full description of the fault by telephone or email and we will then ask you to return the defective item in its original box (if any) to the address above with all receipts, warranties, licences, manuals and accessories. In these circumstances we will pay for the reasonable delivery of the goods and normally will send you a Stamped Addressed Envelope to return the goods.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
Our liability in contract, tort, negligence, pre-contract or other representations or otherwise arising out of or in connection with these Purchase Terms or the performance or observance of our obligations under these Purchase Terms, and every applicable part of it shall be limited in aggregate to all sums paid by you to us.
In any event, we shall not be liable to you under, or in connection with these Purchase Terms in contract, tort, negligence, pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent representations) or otherwise for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any indirect or consequential economic loss whatsoever.
Each provision of this Clause 6 excluding or limiting liability shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of these provisions is held inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances and shall remain in force notwithstanding the expiry or termination of our agreement.

Modification of these Terms And Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. By continuing to use the Site following any such change you will be deemed to have accepted such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these terms and conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any such change you must immediately stop using the Site.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Each provision of these terms and conditions excluding or limiting liability shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
